|Who are we|
|Computers Etcetera is owned and run by Marianne and Christo du Preez, Sedgefield residents since 2007 with a wealth of computer background between them. Indeed Marianne has 10 years IT experience as a Senior Analyst Programmer whilst Christo has been in software development and hardware support for 17 years.|
|What we do|
|We offer normal and after hour support in both hardware and software, with a very competitive costing structure. We also carry an extensive range of hardware – from laptops to lcd screens, hard-drives to flashdrives, keyboards, printers, cables, cartridges, CDs, DVDs and even printing paper. |
On the Software side Computers Etcetera can provide support for all the favourites including Windows 7, Linux, Office 2010 and of course the various antivirus programmes. Should you need information on these or other programmes Marianne, who ‘mans’ the shop will be glad to assist and advise you.
|Q: Where are we?
A: We are situated in Woodpecker Mall next to Sedgefield Pharmacy on Main Street behind the Spar.
Q: How do you charge for support?
A: We have differing rates, depending on the urgency of the problem – from ‘High Urgency’ (fixed within 12 working hours), to ‘Medium’ (2 – 4 working days) to ‘Low’ (7 working days). We only charge you for the time the technician has spent on your PC.
